Mr. Drunken Moneybags
This game only works at parties with tons of people. First of all, everybody starts off with $1,000 of monopoly money. The game goes on until the party is over or until the host says it is.
You go up to anybody anytime during the night and dare them to do something crazy. Ex: Kiss the person next to you. If they do it, you must pay them $100 and you must take a drink. However, if they don't perform your request, they must pay you $100 and take a drink. Whoever has the most money at the end of the night wins and is named Mr. Drunken Moneybags. Everyone else finishes their drink.
