Twenty One
This game is best if everyone playing is buzzed to begin. The premise is simple, you count from one to twenty one by saying 1, 2, or 3 numbers at a time. Except at the start the number thirteen is represented by a nod of the head and not saying thirteen, and the number 5 is represented by saying three and not five.
Each time a person messes up, by saying more than three numbers/doing more than 3 actions, or by doing the wrong action, he/she must drink and substitute an action/saying for another number. By the time all the numbers are actions, you will have great difficulty getting to 21.
